What do patients need to use Ketamine Monitor?
All patients need is a mobile phone. Ketamine Monitor uses text messages (SMS) to gather mood data. No phone app needs to be downloaded.
How do patients sign up?
Patient onboarding could not be more simple. Once patients sign up, they will begin receiving daily text messages asking them to rate their mood from 1-10.
What do clinics need to use Ketamine Monitor?
Ketamine Monitor is a software as a service (SaaS), meaning the software is centrally hosted on our secure server and accessed by clinics via a web browser.
The service is simple and intuitive, however should any issues arise we provide support for any issues that patients and clinicians may encounter.
Each time a patient is treated, he/she is asked to fill out a PHQ-9 depression severity questionnaire.
You may wish to have the patient fill this out via a tablet. Or if you would prefer, you can have the patient fill out the survey via pen-and-paper and then have a staff member manually input this data.
What web browsers work with Ketamine Monitor?
Ketamine Monitor is designed to work on all platforms and web browsers. However, our prefered browser is Google Chrome.
Why can’t I deactivate a patient?
When you deactivate a patient, Ketamine Monitor will display a confirmation box asking you to confirm your request. If you have disabled pop-up windows you may not see this box. Please enable pop-up windows in your browser and try again.
What happens after a patient signs up?
A patient record will then be created and appear in your practice’s dashboard. Daily mood scores will appear in the patient’s mood graph.
Do you have sample emails we can send to patients asking them to sign up?
